About ID the Missing

The task of the ID the Missing project is to determine the technology needs of medical examiners and coroners that will enhance their ability to identify the thousands of unidetified decedents in the United States. Funded by a National Instute of Justice grant, it is a collaborative effort between the National Center for Forensic Science at the University of Central Florida and a group of the nation's foremost experts in the field.
