Who are we?

Carrie Morgan Whitcomb is the Director of the National Center for Forensic Science (NCFS) at the University of Central Florida (UCF). She was the President of the American Society of Crime Laboratory Directors in 1995, the Vice Chair and later the Executive Secretary of the Scientific Working Group on Digital Evidence (SWGDE). She was a Federal Crime Laboratory Director with the US Postal Inspection Service in Washington DC in 1988 and has worked as a forensic scientist since 1969.
